Meet the People Behind Our Care

My name is Ranaye Miles and I am the Vice President of Person First, where I focus on supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting person-centered services that help people live their best lives. With a background spanning direct support, case management, quality assurance, and executive leadership, I bring both experience and heart to my work and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, avid traveler, foodie, and devoted animal lover. Dogs, elephants, and goats are my favorites, and yes, I can probably find a way to bring them into almost any conversation!

My name is Penny Polk, and I serve as the Program Director for Person First Inc. My passion for this work began more than 25 years ago while volunteering in special education classrooms during high school. What started as volunteer service quickly grew into a lifelong calling and a rewarding career dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
Early in my journey, I discovered that some of life’s most valuable lessons are not learned from textbooks, but from the people we have the privilege to know and support. The individuals and families I have worked alongside have taught me the true meaning of compassion, perseverance, resilience, and grace. These experiences continue to shape my leadership, strengthen my commitment to person-centered services, and inspire me each day.
As Program Director, I am dedicated to helping ensure that every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and the opportunity to achieve their personal goals. I am proud to be part of an organization that puts people first and empowers individuals to live meaningful, self-directed lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving my community, attending church, crafting, and spending time outdoors.

Amy Conaway serves as Program Manager and brings more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, achieve their goals, and feel valued and supported. Amy is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and creating opportunities that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and her two goofy dogs. She loves hosting family gatherings, practicing yoga with her stepdaughters, watching movies and occasionally going horseback riding with her son. She is passionate about giving back through volunteer work with a local dog rescue. In her free time, she enjoys staying active outdoors, going to the gym, attending concerts and playing music.

Hi! My name is Caroline Coffey, and I am an Operations Support Coordinator. I have spent many years in people-focused roles, including human resources, real estate, and administrative support, and helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. I enjoy building relationships, supporting my team, and making a positive difference in the lives of others. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, and exploring new experiences.

My name is Aleksandra Nowacki, and I serve as a Program Coordinator at Person First Inc. Having been with the company since 2019, I enjoy working closely with individuals and their families to support their goals and help them access the resources they need to thrive. What I enjoy most about my role is building meaningful relationships, advocating for others, and helping individuals achieve greater independence and success.
